Signed paperbacks and book swag/merchandise are shipped to customers within the United States. Once orders are received, they are processed and shipped within 5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends, unless otherwise specified in the product information. Preordered items will ship as soon as the specified product(s) become available. Jenny Proctor Books assumes all responsibility to provide preordered items as promptly as possible and/or refund purchases if preorders cannot be fulfilled.
