Refund and Returns
Digital ebooks sold on jennyproctor.com are immediate digital downloads, and they are nonrefundable. If you have technical difficulties accessing your books, please email admin@jennyproctor.com, or respond to the BookFunnel email that contained your download links and we will do our best to help you troubleshoot the problem.
Signed paperbacks are also nonrefundable as once they have been personalized to you, they cannot be sold to anyone else. If books or swag are damaged in shipping, please contact us through admin@jennyproctor.com and let us know, and we’ll do our best to replace your damaged items as quickly as possible.
