Carter is an emotionally well rounded man who says Carter is an emotionally well rounded man who says “She’s my wife”, is built like a professional hockey player (because he is one 😜) and is great with kids…. Not quite sure you need any additional motivation to read about him in my new release Could’ve Fooled Me. Find it on Kindle Unlimited on March 26th.

Tell me - what is your favorite character trait in an MMC?

The third book in my How to Kiss a Hawthorne broth The third book in my How to Kiss a Hawthorne brother series is on sale in audio right now! Get it for 50% off at audiobooks.com.

Even though this a third book, you can absolutely read/listen out of order. The books are about four brothers, but all the stories stand alone.

THIS ONE features my dog. Like, my for real dog. I wrote him in as a character. He is just as goofy and loyal in real life as he is in the book! It also features a lot of fun food and a little bit of flying underwear and an unexpected encounter with a bear and a very sleepy kiss during a power outage. I hope you’ll check it out!
Freddie and Ivy VIBES. Also. Audio for One More Ma Freddie and Ivy VIBES. Also. Audio for One More Made Up Love Song releases MARCH 10th! That’s so soon!

Want a peek inside my writer brain? I don’t usually like writing friends to lovers stories. Because it’s so hard to keep people who know and like each other so much apart for believable reasons. But this book wasn’t hard to write in the same way other friends to lovers have been for me. Because they are friends…but he’s also famous. AND she also works for him. AND they also have to fake a relationship. So there are all kinds of other things that can complicate stuff without having to rely ONLY on their status as “friends.” The moral of the story: I need LAYERS when I’m writing friends to lovers. Then I don’t hate writing it! Funny it only took me…twenty books to figure this out? 🤪

Are you a fan of friends to lovers vibes? Leave a red heart below ❤️ for yes and a black heart 🖤 for no!

Did I wake up and watch hockey at 8 am this mornin Did I wake up and watch hockey at 8 am this morning? Yes. Yes I did. Am I about to release a novel about my own set of NHL brothers? Also yes. Could’ve Fooled Me coming March 26th!

I loved Jack, Quinn, and Luke Hughes (there are three! Not just the two who made Team USA) even before the Olympics which made it fun to watch them play for gold. And I definitely love that they help validate the possibility of having two brothers playing on the same NHL team. (Luke and Jack both play for the New Jersey Devils!)

Working on this post made me miss these ladies! I Working on this post made me miss these ladies! I still dream of doing special edition covers for all five siblings, pulling Olivia’s book in to match the others. Maybe someday!

For those who are new: I wrote Olivia’s story first, as a part of an earlier series, and then her brothers just showed up and I thought... ohhhh. Now I have my next series! And truly, my How to Kiss a Hawthorne Brother series is the one where I feel like I really found my voice so these books will always have a special place in my heart!

Which Hawthorne woman do you relate most to? Whose story did you like best? Let me know below 👇🏻
